The Moment Things Start to Change

One thing I’ve noticed is that many of the women I speak to reach out because something has happened—a crisis, a blackout, an embarrassment or their drinking affecting a loved one.

When that moment comes, being able to access support that same day can make all the difference. Motivation is often highest in that window, and having immediate guidance can help turn a decision into action.

You don’t have to wait until things get worse. Sometimes the day you ask for help is the day things start to change.
